        Worst service. You have to wait more than an hour just to pickup your prescription glasses which anyways you had to wait almost a week to 10 days for it to be ready. Not managed well and staff impolite. Not ready to help or adjust. If you want to waste your time visit this place. No respect for customers time. Very poor service. Managers turn a blind ear to complaints. Just putting a review here so that even you are not trapped and unneccessarily hassled like. Once you have paid for your glasses you have no way out but to wait.
