        I get my eye exams here, from Dr. Godoy. Super happy with the service and the exam, he's pleasant, very thorough and my prescription is always spot-on!

        I dropped in here to get replacement frames for my glasses that I had purchased at Hakim Optical @ Billings! A big shout out to KEVIN LI who repared them for me today free of charge!!! (HAKIM wanted to charge me!!) Thank you Mr. Li, much appreciated!

        Not impressed with their customer service. I've spent a lot of money over the years at this location in both contacts and glasses. The last pair of glasses I bought were defective and I needed to replace the frames 3 times and all three pairs snapped and broke within a few months of wear. What good is a warrantee if the frames are defective?? I was never offered any other options. Very cold and unfriendly staff also...my father also noticed this himself as a customer. Not recommended and will take my business elsewhere.
