Very disappointing experience. I went to the location in Findlay Creek for a lens replacement using my own frames. During replacement, they broke my expensive frames and asked me to pay for new ones. I got very upset as this never happened with me and I had those frames for years and always changed the lenses without any issue. After so much negotiation, I paid 50 for new frames only to last me less than a year. I took them back to have them fixed, they lady who works there, not very pleasant or helpful at all, wont take them for free repair and indirectly accused me for miss use( I have been wearing glasses for 20 years) so apparently I dont know how to handle them. I left the store determined not to deal with this store and the company at all as they dont own up to what they claim they do.
