I had a few accounts at this credit union which were closed without my knowledge for no reason. Horrible customer service, do yourself a favour and do not bank here.

Had nothing but problems for quite some time now. I applied for a credit card to purchase a new computer after mine died and the card I was offered didnt have a high enough spending limit. A month later the card had still not arrived in the mail and when I called to ask about it I was put on hold, then redirected, then told I would get a call back later which never happened. This was on friday and they are now closed until monday. I needed to purchase the computer a month ago! They still havent updated my place of employment even though its been four years! And everytime I try to set up online banking it doesnt work and theres nothing they can do to help!

I really like this credit union and would give them 5 stars, but it's really pathetic if you expect your customers to be put on hold for more than half an hour when they call your one and only provided telephone number. I just wanted to ask one simple question.
