Sanger Eye Clinic - Hamilton Mountain

I used to have good experiences here specifically with the staff at the desk. They're delightful but I believe I talked with Sanger today on the phone and he was disrespectful to me, blamed me for ripping my lenses even though I've been a lens wearers for years. I felt insulted, and offended and I'm now looking to go somewhere else. If you are unprofessional in a field where you take care of patients, find a new job and allow kinder people to take your position. There is no reason to be rude.

I highly recommend Sanger Eye Clinic to anyone in need of contacts or glasses. I am personally very grateful for the level of care and service I have received from Steve and his team over the years. They've seriously changed my life - thanks to Sanger Eye Clinic I have better vision than I've ever experienced. Everyone in the clinic is always very kind and patient, and it's a very pleasant place to visit. After everything they've done for me, I can't thank them enough!

If you enjoy to be insulated, this is the place for you. When I was in elementary school, my mom took me to this eye doctor. After receiving my new glasses and trying them on, they did not fit properly. I went back to see Dr. Sanger and explained how they were sitting crooked on my face. He then proceeded to tell me the glasses werent crooked, but my face was being a 30 year old woman who still remembers this; I strongly recommend to stay away. I am not sure how they are still open. This is the WORST eye clinic I have ever been to. Hands down.

Been going to Sanger for over 20 years. Steve and the associates have been nothing but helpful and provide the best care for my keratoconus issue. Im a current student and they have accommodated me with payment plans and have been great at making sure Im comfortable in my eyewear and contacts. Wont go anywhere else.
