        They own Paramed, who claim to offer 24/7 support. Ive called the after hours service 3 times, always had to leave a message and have NEVER received a call back. I was contacted by a manager after sending an email about this issue, she said they would investigate she has never called back. The caregivers and nurses are great. Dont indicate on web site you provide 24 hour support when you dont.
