Joe has been amazing in helping me on my rehab journey to fix chronic injuries that Ive accumulated over the years (low back, sprained ankle, elbow). I have nothing but praise as he goes above and beyond to treat my recurring symptoms and get me on a path to feeling better!

I've been going to see Joe for 5 years now. In that time he's put me back together after injuries, work related aches, and post-exercise aches. Have been in great hands (literally!). Joe's flexible and super knowledgeable. Amazing work!

10 years ago I injured my back doing deadlifts. Over the past several years, I've seen various physiotherapists and chiropractors and experienced little to no relief. But a year ago, I was referred to Joseph by a mutual friend, and this past year made up for the previous 9. Not only was he able to treat and eliminate some of my nagging injuries, he also performed an entire body assessment and pointed out muscle imbalances that would make me more prone to injury. Apart from his treatment, he's also educated me on proper functional movement patterns, making me more aware of how my body should move. I've never experienced this level of service or education before. Do yourself, and your body, a favour and check out Joseph. You'll wish you found him sooner.

Joe has been helping me rehab my tight, overused muscles for the past 5 years. He is passionate about his work and compassionate about healing his clients. He not only fixes me, but he also teaches me about the root of the problem so as to prevent further injuries. His home clinic is clean, warm and and comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great massage and rehab.
