Dr. Cheung is very caring, attention to detail and always follow up efficiently. However the clinic staff cant apply the same. The reception staff is rude, impatient and blunt. Its ashamed to the clinic. As the reception is the first contact point, they represent the clinic. I hope this situation would be taken delicately. Otherwise I would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Arnold Cheung is patient and thorough with his examinations. He listens attentively and provides good quality care.

Dr. Pamela Lau is a good doctor. Every time I go to her she listens and is very patient. She offers very sound advice and is very accommodating. The staff there are also very kind. Ive also never had to wait very long for my appointment. Most times I show up and just go in. Im really happy with her being my doctor :)

Dr Tam is very caring and patient doctor that really knows his stuff. My parents are extremely happy that he accepted them as patients.

Dr Lau is fantastic. Very open and receptive to your comments and explores all possibilities. Very easy to communicate and work with.
