      • Both doctor and receptionist are very rude and refuse to accept even past patient. Asked me to go somewhere else but does not pick up my call when I want to get my records to transfer.

        I have been going to Dr. Lo since he opened his practise. I am very pleased with the service I receive from Dr. Lo. He is quick and diagnoses my problem right away. He is a very kind man and his office is very clean and tidy and up to date. Thank you Dr. Lo.
