Horrible experience. All the medical receptionists here are extremely unprofessional, rude, and have a sour attitude. There was one receptionist in particular who had anger problems. They also never pick up the phone or return voice messages. Also, just for everyone's insight, this is no longer a walk-in clinic! When I let them know their automated voice message to callers says that it's a walk-in clinic from 9am to 12pm, and advised to change it, the receptionists continued to not care.

5 stars for Dr.Bari 1 star to the admins for not picking up calls or responding to emails (per their instructions) and making up red tape to go around for their lack of organization.

In the last year I've had the need to see my doctor more than usual and I must say Dr. Basel Bari has been great, he is a doctor that cares. I have been able to get a callback within a short and satisfactory timeframe. He listens and discuss the issue and offer options and opinion always leaving me is a position to make an informed decision if needed. The Milliken Medical Centre houses multiple doctors so it can get busy so I understand having to wait on hold when I call.

Incompetence has no face, I would be embarrassed if my front line staff behaved with such blatant disregard for its patients. No one patient should ever have to compromise its values and endure any level of abuse just to seek medical care.

Dr. Basel Bari is an excellent doctor professionally and as a person both. He is our family doctor since 1995 while we were living in Scarborough. Now we live in Brampton and come all the way to his clinic which shows our satisfaction in his professionalism. He fully take care of all our family and even during these Covid problems, he called back whenever we send any email or called for any problem. We are fully satisfied with his professional attitude with a human touch. We highly appreciate him for caring for our health issues.
