        We were visiting from the US and had received a letter that the account was temporarily suspended due to inactivity. The agent was very impatient when helping us resolve our issue.

        Terrible terrible customer service! I went in to withdraw money as I forgot my debit card (which I have done at different branches before). The lady "helping" me was extremely rude and speaking in a rude tone the entire time. I left without getting anything. Avoid this branch.

        Very poor customer services. They dont reply in emails, calls. I applied a credit card nearly 1.5 month, till now not received. Initially they said, I would get it by 22 days. After that on 19th April they said by 5 to 7 days I would get it. On 8th May they said by 10th May I would get it. Really do not know when I would get it. It seems to me that they do not do their job properly.

        customer service is excellent. TD Bank is going Digital on April 23rd Take your money out . Monthly fees and withdrawal fees are getting higher
