        I have been a customer with CIBC for over 25 years. This branch is the worst. Every time I contact them to ask about my account fees or any assistance, they ignore my emails. It has certainly changed, the people that work there are extremely unhelpful.

        The branch is well located with a great facility and ambience. I had an appointment with Uzair Ahmed, who was incredibly helpful in explaining Finances, Investments, RRSPs and TFSAs to a beginner like me. I appreciate his time and his dedication to customer satisfaction and was blown away by his vast knowledge base. I can confidently say that I now know the depth of fruitful investing and money-making, thanks to Uzair. I would highly recommend (perhaps only recommend ) booking appointments with Uzair for all your banking needs!

        No one actually works here at the tellers. They stand around watching others work very slowly and then all go on break or something, it is ridiculous.
