Looking at the reviews i had second thoughts i still booked and decided to see it for myself. Branch opened on time and upon entering everyone said morning and they all seemed to be welcoming. I was in the advisors office under 5 mins. Financial advisor Maya Hallab jumped right into the issue on the hand. She asked what I was there for went over the details with me and within 30 mins my application was done and approved. last 15 mins of the appt she gave me some additional info based on the earlier introductory info i had shared with her. She offered to touch base with me again over this.

Had a bad experience with an employee named Nav. She wasnt ready to honor a government of Canada cheque as I didnt have account in their bank. The Government website clearly says that Im not expected to hold an account with the bank to cash the cheque. When I asked her to give their refusal in writing, She said she doesnt have time to do that. Heights of being rude. I was in the bank for close to 30 mins and she was just loitering around and wasnt busy at all. However, other employees were able to sort out my issue and I was able to cash my cheque. Its high time Nav learns to behave better with customers

Useless location that doesnt actually help anyone. Basically closes at 4 instead of the 6 thats suggested above, dont waste your time or your money with this place
