Scotiabank

I think Scotiabank should think about replacing the manager at this location. Not only was she not able to provide pretty basic information, but did not return my call despite leaving messages for almost four weeks. She was supposed to find out info about an account and get back to me. I ended up withdrawing my 50K and taking it to TD. Just a waste of time and super unprofessional behavior.

I read a review that was similar to my feelings this morning, I too had a horrible experience with this Scotiabank so decided to look up the banks reviews and Cylas I was doing my research and contemplating if I should leave a review or not than I read a review that made me say its not ok. I will say stay away and leave it there Cylas you know what you did to me, and Im sure a bunch of unhappy customers will come forward whoever left that review made it pop up in my search feed so looks like they might be a expert at computer stuff.

Below average customer service. Wont reply to emails & unable to service requests in branch. Nobody is able to take any accountability! Bank elsewhere
