Your store location at Eglinton and Hwy 10 Mississauga, the meat product and customer service is very disgusting. My Parents lives in the building at 25 Kingsbridge Garden Circle and I purchase your groceries daily. In the last couple of months I have been complaining to the staff of your meats are being sold with way over the expiry dates. Example, your Solmaz meat product has items expired since August 30/22. It's has been a month straight I have been trying to buy this product and it's has already been expired. (Frankurther Sausage, Pepperoni etc.) I brought the matter to the staff on numerous occasion and their response is "I'm only a cashier here".

The location at 24 Wellesley West is staffed by extremely rude and incompetent people who always stink of cigarette smoke. They're totally indifferent to the residents in the condo building above, and behave in a very poor manner. The manager of this store should be ashamed of his extremely subpar employees.

Woman at the counter in Willowdale threw lottery tickets at me, cursed at me for cashing 6 tiny lottery tickets and threw them into the garbage. There were 6 free plays in the pile and maybe $60. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm the problem for holding up the one person waiting. When I suggested she learn customer service, she insisted that I will not be welcome into the store for questioning her.
