Absolute worst customer service. After you purchase some thing, they dont tell you anything about the process in terms of delivery. Took them over 15 minutes to greet me in the store. And Ive received three phone calls, telling me all different stories on when my product was going to be delivered. And on the day of delivery was told it was gonna be here between 130 and 430. Then I get a text message confirming the driver will be here in 15 minutes at 5 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and I am still waiting and nobody knows whats going on. I took a day off work to be here for the delivery. And now Im gonna have to cancel my evening gym class which I paid for because of the incompetency of this company. Do not spend your money here go to the brick Leons any other place, but do not shop here. This is my first experience with bad boy and itll be my absolute last. And its a shame because my family has purchased from them for years.

NEVER purchase anything from Bad Boy!!! My family purchased a sectional in November of 2021. Within one year the couch looked completely damaged, even though it was not used often. The fabric was discoloring, turning almost black on a beige couch, the fabric was pilling, and the stitching had begun to unravel. We had started calling Bad Boy by December. Asking for assistance because we also purchased the extended warranty, guaranteeing the couch for 5 years. We have called Bad Boy 2 times a week since December 2022 and have received no assistance. We were hung up on or told a manager would call us back by the end of the day, and no one did. We were then told to send pictures of the couch to the email. We sent all the pictures along with the required information and no one called or emailed back. Today, we drove to the store with the cushions and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Donna, did not come out from her room for at least 10 minutes, did not introduce herself, and handed my mother a phone to talk to someone at head office. She said there were other people to deal with our issue, not her. The head office representative, Anjali, was unhelpful. She told us it was our fault that it was pilling and discolored and the warranty on the couch does not cover the damage and there was nothing they could do. Why purchase a warranty for a fabric couch if the fabric is not covered? We were told the warranty only includes the frame and she could send someone to fix the one rip. Anjali further suggested that we have company over to FLIP OVER the cushions so no one sees them, or to walk through the store and PURCHASE something different. She did not offer a discount or anything to compensate for the damage. This customer service was disgusting. Bad Boy does not stand behind their products or their customers. Sales associates talk customers into the extended warranty when it is completely a money grab. They do not answer their phone calls, do not call you back, and tell you that the damage is your fault. They guarantee bottom line prices, meanwhile, it is bottom line products and bottom line customer service.
