Highly recommended !! I had a great experience with Bliss Furniture, They offered me the custom fabrics and colors which i choose myself and I bought canadian made sofa from them which is in very fine quality, They promised delivery in 3 weeks and they delivered me in promised time. I compared the prices with other furniture stores & their price was very reasonable as per my expectations.

I recently purchased a grey sectional from Bliss Furniture and I am very happy with my purchase. When I placed the order the time was met and delivered was as promised. The delivery drivers was great as well. However, there were adjustments to be made after I assembled it. Sam the owner personally came to my house to make the adjustments. My family of five fits comfortably on this sectional. Looking forward to making family memories with this purchase. Sam sells a lot of products and I will be a loyal customer as I am pleased with his exceptional customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Sam!

I recently purchased a leather reclining sofa from Bliss Furniture. I first communicated with Bliss via messenger as I live in North York and Bliss is very far away. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly. I purchased the sofa and Bliss accommodated my delivery needs. The drivers showed up and the delivery was quick and stress free. I asked as a favor if they could take out my old sofa, no fuss no muss they just picked it up and took it outside for me(without asking I tipped both delivery men as a thank-you). I would recommend Bliss Furniture as all promises were kept and I was treated fairly, honestly with respect.

STAY AWAY!! I had an extremely unprofessional and bad experience with buying from Bliss furniture. I was given unachievable deadlines for delivery of my furniture and I had to call this shop ~100 times to get update for my furniture delivery. I was also given hopes of delivery multiple times and finally I had to cancel my order with them! (because I got tired of waiting for my furniture and lies from them about delivery). Moreover after cancellation, I had to do another round of ~100 calls for getting my money back(even to get an email of confirmed cancellation, I had to followup bunch of times). I was not even sure i will ever get my money back! I will NOT recommend this shop to anyone.
