Poor communication. Promised multiple times to contact us to update us on the status of the couch but we were always the ones that had to follow up with them. Upon delivery the men bringing the couch in were told they could enter the house through the back door if they needed more space. They ignored us and continued into the house. Ended up damaging the baseboard and corner of the dry wall before removing all of the cushions to make it fit. Emailed Living Expressions about the issue with photos of the damage last week and still haven't heard from them. The couch turned out okay but we are greatly disappointed by the poor communication and delivery.

I found Living Expressions nearby at Dundas and HWY 403 - there are a few furniture stores in the area. I was specifically looking for a side buffet/sideboard to go in my dining room to hold some dishes, glasses, and other items. I knew what I was looking for and Nadeem at Living Expressions was most helpful, showing me their product and giving me so many choices. I found the perfect one! The price was very good and the service was excellent. The products are made locally (Canadian) and I had to wait 8-10 weeks but it was well worth it! I was advised when to expect the furniture piece, when they were ready to deliver it, and since I paid for delivery, the item came in one piece and was placed in my dining room exactly where I wanted it placed. The entire purchase process went perfectly, but most of all, the staff at Living Expressions were always very courteous, helpful and informative - very professional. The furniture in this store is beautiful, well-made and well-priced! I would strongly recommend Living Expressions for all your furniture needs!
