The store manager went above and beyond. My sister, Father and I were here to purchase charms as a gift for Mothers day. As you would expect there was a line and We waited patiently. Jason greeted us, provided us with a booklet and immediately noticed that my Father needed accommodations. He offered to have him seated inside while we wait for our turn. This small act of kindness and attention to customer needs mean the world to me as my father has back problems and standing for long periods of time makes him uncomfortable and can be painful. Jason didn't hesitate to offer a solution without us needing to mention anything and to me that is quality customer service.

Cassandra sold me a scratched up ring and Jayson refused to take the refund instead blaming me for scratching it up after bringing it back only a couple days after purchase still in the same condition Cassandra had packed it in. Dont wanna buy from pandora anymore after this experience

Apology to say I have been to Canada three times from 2014 to 2023 Im still awaiting to buy CN TOWER Its still not in the pandora store yet We need on our pandora bracelets Please look on this matter asap From espy Lobo london
