        Reasonable wait time from our visit last week, I had a fairly good experience with the doctor. Secretary was super nice and courteous.

        During covid times, some doctors/clinics nearby have automatically turned me away claiming covid. This clinic actually listens to patients concerns and works towards their wellbeing. Pharmacists have amazing service ensuring patients feel well informed and first medical centre ive been too were secretaries provide genuine kindness to patients!

        Worst clinic with zero care and respect for patients, book an appointment, doctor never call me even when she received my blood test result never called. tried to call to talk to doctor and get refill of the medicines, receptionist said doctor will call back but end of the working day and no call at all. this happened twice!

        Have been going here for years. The receptionist is rude and the doctors prescribe medicine without fully listening to the problem. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME. Plus if you try calling, no one answers the phone after 4 pm.
