Impossible to get a hold of. The staff at the front desk never answer the phones, everything goes straight to the voice message machine and you can't leave any messages either for them to call back. Cuncin himself is condescending to patients and will talk over them. Very dismissive and unhelpful of people with mental health issues, disabilities, or with hidden/invisible health conditions.

I don't understand why its so hard to get a hold of Dr. Cunsins you can try calling for weeks strait every day and still not get a hold to make an appointment. One of the Receptionist ignores calls or puts the phone on do not Disturb or sends it right to the machine. You could need to get results back for a test at the hospital that gets sent to your doctor but he dose not call with the results and it may take you weeks to find out if anything is wrong. Do not become a patient of this Doctor he and the staff and very fickle with their time.

I am 26 years old and have been suffering from seizure like symptoms hospitalizing me countless times over my life. I went to Dr. Cuncin as my family doctor to have my ODSP forms filled out for my arm and shoulder condition. Found out they lost my last years forms and thats why I never got accepted. Instead of updating the forms or filling out the new one they slapped the old one inside of the new cover and did nothing else. On the original there are both errors (report discrepancies) and no indication of any of my medical history. Dr. Cuncins office did not fill out these forms to their ability and the newest forms should have included my heart condition (which Dr. Cuncin said i needed a pacemaker for HIMSELF) and my severed shoulder joint (which when I submitted the forms he insured me he would add) When the issue was brought forward to the office we were sent out the door by one of the secretaries as "we do not appreciate complaints about our doctors" I am in collage now and between medical expenses and school expenses I am unable to get by, currently -20 000 in debt. I manage my money and seek bursaries and scholarships for my hard work in school, when I am well enough to attend. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from a medical professional when they have been given every chance.
