Terrible! There are too many problems in this apartment. Very week management is the most important one. Most of the stuff in the kitchen are broken and they don't care about it. There are bugs and insects in the unit. There is no service to repair the unit.

The superintendent there is a really good man, friendly, hard working, professional. I have lived there for 12 years, it was a very old style unit but they should redesigned it after I moved out. Before I moving out of that building, 2 old ladies came to check the unit, they are so rude look like monkey kings checking their territory. They pointed out a lots of "damage" and "dirty", such as grease on grove and wall close by, stain on light switch, vanity damaged by water, floor paint damage, dust behind toilet bow, etc. I told them we just normal use and didn't do any thing wrong, those things are just old, we also will clean up when we moving out. But they totally ignored me, that made me realized I shouldn't argue with monkeys. Later they even send me a notice ask me to pay $1400.

Stay away from this building. Terrible management and almost every year the rent increases more than the percentage set by the government guideline
