OVO

visited the store two weeks ago to browse around and check out the renovations. One of the staff named Anizha offered to help me in picking some products which I greatly appreciate. Overall, the store is well staffed and everyone was nice during my visit.

I recently visited the OVO store at Yorkdale shopping mall on my birthday, hoping to find a new outfit for my special day. Unfortunately, my experience at the store was not a positive one. When I asked a staff member about the size of a pair of shorts, he and his colleagues just stood at the cashier with no response for about 3-4 seconds, as they were having a conversation. This was very unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the staff member, who was a black man wearing a black LV Bennie, black sweatpants, and black Air Max 95 shoes, stared at me in an aggressive manner, making me feel uncomfortable and unsure of what to do. Furthermore, even though I have been a loyal customer of OVO for a long time and have purchased many items from the brand, the staff at the Yorkdale store did not provide the same level of service that I have come to expect from other OVO stores in Toronto. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at the OVO store in Yorkdale shopping mall. I hope that the brand can improve its customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism. If you are looking for a great shopping experience, I would recommend going to other OVO stores in Toronto instead.

Visited this store today. Didn't buy anything, but staff are really friendly. First time seeing the new layout! nice, but didn't expect to see folded clothes on the floor at a brand new store, way to cheapen a nice aesthetic.

Most disgusting and awful client assistance experience, particularly that brown young lady and person of color on counter, snickering on clients like we are clowns,showing attitude like they are drake's business partners , I won't ever return to this store,even I enjoyed some stuff however because of these folks I didn't squandered my cash.
