Such friendly and skillul dentist...I have been his patient for 11 years and when he was away I tried 2 other dentists and wasn't happy at all...so planning to call and go back !

Dr Mark is not professional at all, his performance amateurish! And the clinic has lack of equipment!

I have been seeing Dr. Mark Alexis for over 20+ years, excellent dentist, however, he desperately needs to do something about his receptionist Lucy. Lucy needs to get her act together as we are paying customers, and not to be brushed aside. We come to the dentist office for a reason and if she continues to treat customer the way she does, ppl will get fed up and leave. She is forever having difficulties booking you in to see Dr. Mark. She constantly promised she will call you back but never, she claims she is busy so she can't do not provide reminders. We are in the technology world have a service remind ppl by texting appointment reminders. You need to spend money to make money and provide your customer with excellent service. Dr. Mark will do a root canal and you need to come back to finish up but no appointments and now you are left stranded with an unfinished... unbelievable

Mark has been my dentist for 20 years. Unfortunately it wasn't always easy to get a timely appointment, unless it's emergency, so at times I went to see other dentists. Almost every single time I did so - I ended up regretting it. Botched and painful root canals resulting in days and weeks of unbearable pain, improperly read x-rays where extra canals in molars were missed and terrible anaesthesia jobs. Not so with Mark. I didn't have a single painful root canal or extraction with Mark and I've had quite a few done. Anaesthesia is always effective and painless, jobs are always quick and professional, ending my pain in minutes. He always saw me right away when I was in a lot of pain, even on days when he was fully booked he managed to find time for me. If he stops practising - it would be a great personal tragedy for me. Even though it may take longer to see him than other dentists (he is very popular), - it's better to wait than to have it done elsewhere. I highly recommend his services. 5 stars.
