Kudos to Arista Air tech, Jordan! Enbridge/Lakeside installed a new gas meter yesterday and while the boiler kicked back on the hot water heater refused to start. To cut a long story short, Jordan came by for Arista Air to troubleshoot and the end result was a return visit today for the installation of a whole gas valve and burner assembly. Hes a very knowledgeable and personable technician, explained all along what he was doing, gave us hot water again and left the utility room spotless! A five-star ambassador for Arista Air!

My air conditioner was not working well and leaking water all over the place.I had called 2 other service companies and they both suggested a new air conditioner.The fellow from Aristair came promptly, looked at the problem made some simple adjustments and suggested cleaning out the drain pipe. Bingo the problem was fixed. What impressed me the most was that he really cared to help and solve the issue rather than just sell me. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and really caring to try to help. Service: A/C system maintenance
