I had such a great experience with Mortgage Outlet. Elan and Chelsea were both so helpful - they made it really easy to refinance my mortgage, really listened to figure out what my needs were and adjusted the offering accordingly, and they took the time to answer all my questions and look into every little thing I had asked about or had issues with. I got a great rate considering the market conditions right now and the application and document collection process was so smooth. I started out feeling very stressed and dreading the whole refinancing process, but Elan and his team really turned it into a positive experience by being super knowledgeable, asking me all the right questions, reassuring and solving for my concerns ,and providing a great customer experience.
