These guys know what they are doing! Sedat and his crew made the whole process so easy and stress free for me. They took care of everything from start to finish. I was happily able to focus on finding my next home, arranging the decoration and furniture, which are certainly more interesting than the mortgage formalities. Why to visit several bank branches trying to explain everything from scratch, when you can go with such a broker and let them bring you the best options available out there.
