Don't ever buy a house from paradise. Worst customer service ever and build quality is awful. Don't make the same mistake as me.

When we moved into our house recently there were items that had not been completed. We were happy with the quick response from the Paradise team in getting the items completed and are happy to be moved into our new home.

They charge way too much for the quality of work they do. These professional scammers were charging nearly 2 million dollars for houses in Brampton that probably cost them less than a million to build and they are all under appraising values. Dispicable!

One of the worst builder. I moved to their site Beechwood at the end of 2020. So far I have had 2 incidents where few of the shingles flew off due to high winds. These shingles can withstand high winds. When I filed a complaint the first time, they said shingles are warrantied for 1 yr only and they don't cover (act of God). The issue was the shingles are installed incorrectly by their contractor that they fail to accept and acknowledge. None of the other houses in my neighbourhood were affected. When I called my contractor, he fixed the loose/damaged shingles and pointed out why they ripped off, which was due to the nails not going through the designated area of the shingles for steady and secure installation. There are too many other little things to mention. I would NOT recommend this builder to potential home buyers
