We were connected with Jennifer through Zolo.ca, and she helped us set up several virtual apartment tours. With the ongoing pandemic, and us living in a different city than where we were looking for a place, Jennifer took us on video call walk-throughs and gave her honest opinion of the places we saw. She often checked in with us and answered all of our questions honestly. She was extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
