To Riaz, Steve and the rest of the Midas Baseline team - I am so heartbroken to learn that you closed your doors. I have been taking my cars to you for over a decade. You were always professional, honest, did quality work and were prompt. I have felt manipulated by parts & service at dealerships, but with you I felt total confidence. And I referred so many friends to you. I have so much respect for you how you ran your business. I sincerely hope you all set up shop somewhere else and let me know when you do, as I will once again give you my business. My best wishes to you all. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Midas Baseline is permanently closed. Family owned and operated for 17 years; we have repaired thousands of cars over the years. We would like to sincerely thank our dedicated and extremely loyal customer base. Majority of our clients have been visiting us for 10+ years and a lot have become personal and family friends. We would like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to our dedicated staff. Steve, Omar, Ernie & Dennis THANK YOU. Amazing service every time Ive taken my car here. They fit me into their schedule even on their busiest day. Theyre fast, polite, friendly, thorough, and patient. I know nothing about cars and they always take the time to explain things in ways I understand and have never talked down to me. They are fair and honest and I trust them to get the job done well and efficiently. Their office is clean and I really appreciate the air purifier and screen separating them from you as I am quite covid conscious.

Great customer service! Good prices. I rather take my car to these guys than the dealership. Edit* This Midas location has the best service I've ever received. They never try to upsell me. Always make sure I get done just what I need. I have not only received great service there but I even get good advice. I give these guys 10 stars hands down. I even work for a dealership, get a discount and still return to Baseline Midas anyhow. ** update*** This location is closing and it makes me terribly sad. Thank you for all your excellent service over the years. You guys are the best!
