Had a wonderful experience here. Aisha in the makeup section was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for + in my price range :)

Tonight, I bought a bottled milk and big box of choco milk. When I proceed to the cashier, this big blond lady she seems nice and talking nicely to the first customer. Now when its my turn I asked her how is she? Shes just ignored me and Im no problem with it. Maybe shes just not in the mood. After getting my stuff I asked her that maybe i can have a bag cos its cold outside. I dont wanna hold 2 cold stuff on my two hands ? She said there's no bag? How? Now, I have to walk with cold milk in my hand and bottle of milk and its freezing outside. Sorry but this is very bad customer service. Makes me feel very unhappy since i am a regular customer in this store

Transferred my file to a smaller community pharmacy and I'm much happier already. Over the years, I dealt with a number of small errors with little to no accountability. Dealt with problems with their auto-refill system, to which they offer little accountability or support. Final straw was an argumentative and abrasive pharmacy tech and a completely oblivious pharmacist. Spare yourself the hassle, transfer out today.

Very, very rude pharmacy assistant today. Extremely bad for business. Perhaps this is why you are less than a 3 star rating.....I will not be returning to this store. Shame as I have been using this location for 5 yrs....spent thousands there. You have lost yet another customer
