The only problem with the hotel is parking.. The garage isn't labelled very well and it is easy to go around in circles looking for it with nowhere to stop to investigate. Rooms are fantastic, very luxurious and big!

Wonderful check-in, amazing rooms, unbeatable prices. Sonders Rideau location is very nice and there are no comparable hotels in Ottawa with similar prices. Ours was 100$/night for a 1 bedroom apartment not including promotions. The kitchen has everything you could ever want other than a blender. Bathroom is very nice. Know that every room is different and not necessarily as advertised. Now on to the less ideal things with our room. Pictures showed 2 tvs, including one in the bedroom. This was the case for us at previous stays, but not this time. We only had the 1 tv in the living room. The sliding doors dont line up nicely. The flooring in the shower irritates your skin after just 5-10 minutes so try and keep your showers short. I strongly recommend you reserve at least a few weeks in advance and keep checking daily. The prices change constantly and you can usually save $10-50/night depending on the room.
