Absolutely the best customer service you will find! My family and I have been taking our business to this location for over 20 years, and have always been satisfied with the exceptional service we recieve. The staff are all so friendly and know us by name. The pharmacy staff go above and beyond to ensure they give top notch service.

I went here first thing in the morning with my child to get an Rx for pink eye. First the pharmacist tried to say my child was too young until I informed her that their regulatory body placed no age restrictions on writing prescriptons, then she said she was too busy - in an empty store - and to come back later. I was carrying my visibly distraught child and the pharmacist was so rude and lazy. I complained to the manager and will never come back here again.

I have been in and out for a long time for various reasons, but each time, both Cheryl and Joanne had both been the reasons I came back each time to this pharmacy (I do not believe Anne works at this location anymore, but she was also a factor!). They are amazing people who have helped me with various problems that may have came up, and they have always been there to support or rectify any complications. You cannot find quality service anywhere without the actual people really running the show, and these are the people doing just that, and more.

This used to be a great pharmacy but since moving into their new building things have steadily declined. I have fairly routine prescriptions yet face issues with them almost every time I come in to pick them up. I've been shorted medication (not due to a lack of supply, just a miscount by whoever filled it ), been given the wrong dose, been given the wrong instructions and the list keeps going. Whenever there's a problem, I never get a phone call and don't find out about it until I go to pick up my prescription. The excuse is always "we're busy". Seems like a them problem which has become a me problem. Today was the final straw when the pharmacist's solution to them messing up yet again was to tell me I could go to any pharmacy and to tell her where I would like my prescriptions transferred. Guess I will. Only redeeming quality of this location is that the regular clerks are super nice.
