Vivian has helped my family for about two years now and within that time helped my family purchase and rent. She is not only extremely professional, but fights tooth and nail to help her clients, such as myself, secure what we need. She has gone above and beyond to help my family such as bringing us from location to location for multiple viewings and is extremely accommodating. Anyone who has Vivian as a realtor is extremely lucky to be helped by someone who is so passionate about helping her client fulfil their needs. Shes definitely going to be our realtor for life! Excellence. Insightful. Considerate. Customer service can be a exhausting experience, just think about all the times youve been on the phone with your internet provider, being helped at a clothing store, or waiting in line at a grocery store. Vivian made the intimidating experience so refreshing. My fiance and I always felt refreshed every time we spoke, we went to viewings, or even at the end point of signing papers. She was always punctual, responsive, and calming. I dont think you can ask for a better experience. If I had to use a word to how she held herself, I would use the world Excellent. Im a Member of the Royal Canadian Air Force and moving is apart of my life. Its become so routine that I felt like Ive mastered it. What amazes me is when someone has the ability to teach me things I already considered myself an expert on. Mortgage rates relative to personal goals, property locational growth, future property investment planning are just a sample of what I learned and still learning from her. Vivian is definitely insightful. In the market we live in now I think a constant feeling I had was fear and worry. She never pushed, she always allowed me and my fianc to take a breather before we became overwhelmed. She was very attuned to our feelings. She encouraged us when we needed it. Vivian was very considerate. The last little bit Id like to mention is her partner Brian. This review is specially about Vivian, but her partner Brian helped us out the whole time. You can take everything I just said and apply it to Brian as well. Overall service is 100/10.
