We just got our keys last week and have been having so much fun with this place already! Its a beautiful new building with lots of amenities, and the location is great. We've already closed on our car loan and set up utilities at our new address! The realtors were very helpful too when it came to finding local services for our move in.

I'm currently living in a pre construction condo in Toronto provided by Easy Precon. I hesitated a bit before buying the condo because of all kind of uncertainty that comes with pre constructed properties but I have not been let down by Easy Precon. The condo they provided me with looks just as good as it was advertised and the overall quality of it is top notch. Really happy with my decision to go with Easy Precon and I recommend you do not hesitate to employ their service either.

Easily the best decision I've made by going with Easy Precon for my home. The move in wait was definitely worth it because the house is simply a knockout for any eyes that behold it. I got to get my dream house because pre construction costing less and with that my dream came within my budget! Really glad that I went with Easy Precon so many many thanks to them.
