Dealing with Cherry Yang as a tenant. I simply asked if she could ask me if a time was okay for a showing because I work from home. She proceeded to argue with me for 45 minutes and refuses to ask me if the time is okay. She's completely unprofessional. Even if the Residential Tenancies Act allows just 24 hours notice, it does not allow harassment of a tenant, and the definition of harassment is very broad. If I could give them zero stars I would. It is common courtesy to ask a tenant if the time is okay. I could be on a video call or having dinner with my family and simply ask for a different time. That is not blocking entry, it's being reasonable. Common courtesy is mutual.

Its our worse nightmare! Never believe what the realtor from this company! The broker of record (the boss) doesnt want talk to us when we complain! Recently we purchased a condo via realtor from Real One Realty Inc. The nightmare started once you signed the offer! The realtor name Robert disappeared and never return our phone calls or text messages for long long time until few days before closing! Believe or not in his text messages said that his duty is over at the moment you signed the agreement. However, we had unsolved issues with the property and he just ignored us. The lawyer he introduced even worse and with attitude that refused to close the deal three days before closing! Holy moly! I cant believe that Robert as a real estate agent from Real One Realty without any integrity, honesty and very unprofessional! Yes! This is our Real One Nightmare experience! Stay away from them! They are the Real One Realty Real Rip-off One Realty company! If you are new to Canada and not too familiar with local real estate regulations, they will take advantage of you and eat you alive!
