Dr Adrienne Tors

U cant find a receptionist worse than this one. She is rude, impolite, unhelpful. Here lots of complaints about her attitude, I wonder why she is still here, does Dr Tors know that?????

The receptionist is so so so so rude. I literally wanted to rip my hair out while talking to her. Be warned.

The receptionist is always so rude!!!! It's either she take customer service classes or she doesn't work with customer at all!!! If you deal with patients, you should be patient, caring and compassionate because these people have health issues that is detrimental to their overall state. The phone is always busy, you can't leave a voice message and when your call is picked up, you are always put on hold not less than 5 minutes. They have to understand that people have work too and they can't be on their phone all day waiting for the doctor's rude receptionist to pick up the call. Dr. Tors is also abrupt in dealing with patients. She picks the patients to treat nicely.

The receptionist never picks up the phone and is often rude. Additionally, Dr. Tors' hours of operation are so slim and she is always booked up months in advance. Therefore, despite having her as a family doctor you always need to access the walk-in clinic for any urgent problems. She is a good doctor despite this, but it's too much trouble to jump through these hurdles to possibly book an appointment with her once a year.
