We recently had the opportunity to work with Hussein and Aima on 3 separate transactions. They have a wealth of knowledge and provided solid guidance and expertise throughout the process. What sets them apart is their willingness to share that knowledge and make themselves available to their clients. We received great service by Hussein and team. Home sale was a first for us and with so many questions and the unknown, we had good experience working with Hussein and team Kabani. Hussein is very knowledgeable and knows the market well. He gave us honest advise and suggestions. We were guided through the process from day one till completion of sale. He was just a phone call or email away anytime we had any questions or ran into issues. Main thing we were after was good service and honesty and we definitely got both. Real estate is one of the biggest investments we do in our lives and it comes with so many questions, worries and uncertainties, you need someone to depend on for knowledge, and experience, Hussein has been that dependable person for me. I met Hussein in 2020 and closed a deal with his support and expertise, his humility, knowledge and can-do attitude just great for both one time as well as repeat buyers.

Aima and Hussein contacted me regarding a paint estimate for one of their clients. The job had a short timeline and they made it easy for me to connect with the homeowner and arrange a walk through. Since the home would be vacant, they also coordinated the use of a lock box that would provide easy access to the home. Through the entire process of the project they were extremely responsive which made the completion of the project timely and on budget. It was an absolute pleasure to work for them and would accept future opportunities in a heartbeat. Thanks again Aima and Hussein!!
