Steve is a great realtor that I would highly recommend to anybody. He took the time to uncover all of our needs. Steve explained everything every step of the way - from preparing to sell to helping with some of the finer details on purchasing. His thoroughness and expertise meant we were able to maximize what we got when selling our property and didnt overpay when we bought. Its always emotional leaving your property as these are big purchases and special moments in your life and Steve had patience and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He made the entire process as seamless as possible. Steves people skills / ability to build a relationship and negotiation skills are top notch; two important things you want from your realtor.
