I had a great home buying experience with Sam. He was referred to me by a friend. Sam immediately reached out and setup a meeting to discuss must-haves, nice to haves, etc. Saw a bunch of houses with Sam and found one we really liked. Sam negotiated a price for us less than asking and helped us throughout the entire home buying process. During the showings we had with Sam, it was evident that he was very experienced. I met Sam Thomas by answering an ad in the local paper to see a local condo for sale. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable from the start. I continued asking him to show me listings over 18 months. Sam was always concerned about my needs to downsize, he was patient and knowledgeable about what my husband and I were interested in. Sam is the best real estate agent there is. He sold our house overnight for an over asking price without any hassle and ensured that we found a bigger house days after for the price we wanted. He is a customer first person who will put your priorities ahead while getting business done.
