        Why did the agent told me to drop the keys in the drop box, which I did, because he said that they close at 7:00 pm when the location says that it closes at 9:00? Only to find after I had dropped off the keys that there was a text on my phone telling me to take a video. Of course I couldnt follow the video direction because the keys were already in the drop box.
