The bank is in an unsafe location. I went to deposit money at the ATM and there was a homeless person asking for money on the stairs that followed me inside. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I never go to this bank alone.

I am afraid to use this bank because of its location and it was solidified the last time I went to deposit a check at the machine. Two people in the lobby smoking crack pipes and asking me for money. It's worth the extra drive to London where I can use the drive-through machine and feel safe.

Worst bank I have EVER delt with. Nothing posts to your account until the next day so you don't know if your bills, cheques, came out properly or not. I have been trying to e-transfer money but I can't add anyone for the last 24 hours, calling the helpline gets you a canned response, download the app.... cheques are ridiculously expensive, waaay cheaper to get them done at Staples. Your online account has no brrakdown of balances until it prints the following mo th. AVOID this bank.

Don't know how to handle a Bank Draft. The bank draft was payable to me for a car I sold and I wanted to exchange for another payable to a car dealership where I was purchasing a vehicle. Wanted to put a hold on it in my account. These are the same as cash as confirmed by my call to their head office. Walk over to CIBC. I have an account with CIBC and there was no issue at all.
