        Do not use debit card for deposit if planning to pay in cash. Take pictures of dash readings and cleaning job of interior of the truck. ( the one I got was very dirty inside). Staff are pleasant only reason I gave it a 2.

        Unfortunately this was a negative experience for me. I helped my friend move. After paying her deposit and clearly stating she wanted to pay for her rental in cash and getting told yes it was fine, paying her deposit through a visa debit, returning the truck she discovered that a credit was due in her favor. Did this credit get refunded to the visa debit? NO...Did she get to pay for the rental in cash like she has been assured she could...NO...instead she was given such a hard time she was in tears. They chose to give her the credit refund in cash leaving her in a bad situation with her account. They also tried to charge her a cleaning fee for the truck which thankfully she had taken photos of the condition of prior to taking it because that part of the inspection isn't documented however they do try and charge you a cleaning fee for it. Bad business practice for sure!
