        We booked a uhaul July 17th to take my kid back to school on September 3rd. September 2 we received an email that they had no uhauls available. No compensation was offered, no real explanation was given, and they advised us to drive to Strathroy to get another one, but the pick up time conflicted with our work schedules before they closed. This is the poorest form of doing business I have ever encountered. They had no solution, and didn't care. It was up to us to find another uhaul in such a short time. We did happen to find one on York Street in London. The person on the phone was most accommodating and eager to help. Thank you for getting us out of a difficult situation.

        Would not recommend. Refused to give deposit. Manager said he won't do anything for 24 hours which is against uhaul promises. Uhaul was not the problem the manger at the hotel was. Avoid this drop off location.
