The best auto service experience I had so far. They are super friendly and nice people. Jo fixed my car within a few hours with a reasonable price. When my ca was ready, they came picked me up and even when I forgot my phone at the place I stayed in, they took me back to get my phone and again drove me to their shop cause I was not familiar with the area. No body does these kind of nice things anymore! Anyway, if you live in Hamilton area, I definitely recommend them for anything even only for a cup of coffee and talk! Service: Vehicle Inspection

My husband put his window down and then it would not go back up. It was freezing out! We found Precise Car Service on our way home. They took a look right away and lo and behold, they hit the button and the window went up. Not sure why it would not work when we brought it in but we all laughed about it. Joe, Mary and their staff were so nice and accommodating and sent us on our way at no charge after checking the issue and making sure it was in good working order.
