By far the worst company to rent with. They ignore your concerns. They are only nice to you when you are signing the lease. Nothing but problems!!! They charged me double rent and have refused to reply to my emails about getting a refund, my rent is 1775 and they took 3550$ out of my account putting me in debt and overdraft fees, I cant even pay me bills for the months because they wont respond

Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had in my life. Seriously, I rented G2 unit...they created this apartment from the old lobby and I moved into the brand new unit. Many tenants were quick to complain to me about how new management left them with NO LOBBY, well not my fault as I rented the unit. This unit has been an absolute disaster from the day I moved in, sadly. I have had constant and consistent drilling, work related jobs in the electrical room, parking lot, driveway, garbage area since I moved in. These jobs are directly below my unit snd when I say I could hear a phone call from the electrical room I am not exaggerating.3 years later it is so much worse. Water shut offs, electrical problems, thermostat issues (mine has never worked). Oh my gosh every single week. The reason so many people stay here is because they've been here for many years and they pay a very low rent. I moved in December 2018 at $2300.00 rent....just received notice my rent increases yet again to $2726 as of January 1. Ongoing....since I moved in. I am over this, and honesIy never complain but am so sick of being woken up by working noises that I am done. Please don't consider this as a sour complaint, but an honest comment. This building makes me sick and the noise level is beyond what the city considers normal. No water ongoing, the building is so old, the new management puts "bandaids" on repairs with cheap labour. What a nightmare. Total bs here. Also, lots and lots of tenant noise. Garbage site is disgusting. I have politely communicated with management but, they don't care. Never seen anything like it.

The building has a cockroaches issues there are seasons where you can see more than others, even tho I always try to keep everything supper clean and have bug sprays around the apartment they show up.. additionally the smelling of the common areas is not the best one , the carpets of the common areas are old and hasn't been replaced so they don't look in a good shape. Even though they tray to keep the building "clean " are old infrastructures and that make it look dirty
