Horrible place to live. The construction is never ending, most units have roaches, the management is HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE. They will not care for your health or medical concerns and force things upon you. They will also threathen you if you still refuse. Laundry is always full with multiple non-functional machines. Not worth the price at all.

The neighbors don't respect the silence. It's common parties starts after midnight. Children screaming all day. People talking loud on corridor. Residents discarding stuffs inside de build in front of a sign informing to not discard stuffs at this place. The administration is a joke. When you report noise problems they answer that you need to report for the security to check and register the evidence. But when you report for the security they don't appear to check the fact. The laundry ever has a lot of machines in maintenance. And people think that the machines are exclusive, putting clothes and forgetting to remove after, keeping all machines full and stopped all day. At a moment you can think that this place is a good deal because the localization, but it's not. Run!

The management says unprofessional illegal things in emails and over phone especially the property management. They will not accommodate you based on their mood not their jobs. Also, cockroaches, ants and bedbugs. They will not accommodate as legally its their responsibility. Also, if you just moved in and were not notified prior about contracting and construction that is illegal and should take that to tenate board too. Its difficult to get a hold of briarlane head office during business hours or to get a call back. Contact after hours emergency number better bet.dont live here at all cost. Drilling and noise from 7am Monday to Saturday till 2024. Lol. No amenities. Pay extra for laundry none in unit. You are better off renting from a owner of ice condos lol. Avoid at all cost unless you want to live in the ghettoo
