One of the best rental apartment in heart of Toronto. Nice and very cooperative staff and neighbours. Very spacious 3 level parking, all latest amenities in buildings and reasonable rent

avoid this at all costs. Endless noisy repairs that will make it impossible to live comfortable life.

Do NOT recommend. No security, followed by no management action to address the multiple issues of security nature. The building is at a great location and that's where its advantages end. Minto, Vertica around have promotions and offer times higher living experience and have non stop security. Think many times before you rent with WJP. The mgmt arrogance is off the charts.

I just moved out, and I caution you. tita double booked the elevator the day I was to move. I had booked in June, for a 9:00 a.m. move out time. She said all was fine. I went to confirm a few days before the move and she said talk to security. The day of the move half way through the carpet guy was screaming at my movers saying he was to have the elevator. I went to Tita, she then informs me I was supposed to move out at 7:30, which was not discussed at all, also she says if you have a 1 bedroom you can only have the elevator for 1 hour. I am so glad to be away from this horrible place, for 6 years nothing but construction continuously, bugs, false fire alarms, and no support from this person they call a property manager Tita, who makes up rules as they come along. Just get everything in writing, as she will f...k it up, and blame you. Caution...
