It's a dirty place to go. The only thing worth hoingvthere for is dollarama, except, they're crazy expensive now too. Most items are way more than $1!!! Dollar tree is the way to go.

I can't take it anymore. 5 star for not having problems in my apartment but 1 star for the unprofessional behavior coming from 2 particular staff. When a person is hired to work in an office environment in a well reputable company and is trusted to keep tenants information confidential they should continue to do so. I've been told that employees (husband & wife) have been gossiping about me specifically and possibly other tenants to staff in the office, to maintenance workers and to other tenants in the building I live in. This is not acceptable at all. To act innocent as well is being two faced. This must stop now! To humiliate tenants behind their back is impolite and uncalled for. A supervisor needs to be mature in this role and not encourage gossip. It's obviously not the case here especially when most of it is rumors, not true. Can't blame people for gossiping if you're doing the same.

The management, super and security are all very abusive. This building hires the worst people you can imagine.

Living here has been the worst experience of my life. elevators constantly down, people smoking cigarettes INTO the hallway, and the garbage collection starts at 5am. i have never had a consistently hot shower, or a peaceful sleep while living in this building. if you are considering, *DO NOT PUT IN AN APPLICATION UNLESS YOU ARE SURE* this company makes you pay your deposit *BEFORE* notifying you that you will LOSE the deposit if you are not approved by them. i should have ate my deposit and ran far away.
