Lived here for two years and very much enjoyed our experience. The residents manager is hardworking and responsive if any issues arise. The units are well maintained and have recently been renovated. I would highly recommend!

I moved recently in Toronto with my son student and daughter 12-years old, and the first we met were superintendents - Rovena & Endri - nice, friendly and very welcoming fellows - we felt like we were living for years in this environment. They make sure everything in the building is in order, tidy and clean. Once any concern is addressed they are there, promptly to provide solution in a very responsible and professional way. The building is compact, well renovated with a modest yard in front. The neighborhood is quite; and very appropriate for the families that are raising their kids - daycare and elementary schools nearby. . Location is very appropriate for those who work and study in downtown as well; the subway station can be reached in 4 min walk and from there becomes easy to get everywhere as needed. Highly recommended!!!
